Job Summary:
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. This role involves managing processes, supporting different departments, handling client/vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management
- Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
- Administration & Coordination
- Manage documentation, reports, and data entry tasks.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Support in resource planning and allocation.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain operational records and prepare reports for management.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support Functions
- Assist senior management in decision-making through data analysis.
- Support HR, finance, and logistics teams when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries/complaints efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or administration (freshers can also apply for entry-level).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
