Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth operations of HR functions, and supporting the organization in building a positive workplace culture. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer letters).
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
- Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a healthy work environment.
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management & Training
- Support appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably MBA/PGDM in HR or related field).
- 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with internships can also apply).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
