The Opportunity:
As a WordPress Developer at PaisaaLoan, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled engineers and drive the development of robust and scalable front-end solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to project requirements, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Design and implement new features and functionality.
- Ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to achieve project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- Strong leadership quality and mentoring skills, with the ability to work with team.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
It’s Great if you have:
- Exposure to full-stack projects and technologies such as CSS, JAVA, HTML, PHP, MYSQL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
