Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to attract, source, and hire the best talent for the organization. The role focuses on understanding hiring needs, building talent pipelines, managing candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Sourcing
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  1. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  1. Employer Branding & Strategy
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and innovative sourcing techniques.
  1. Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
  • Ensure hiring practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably MBA/PGDM in HR or related field).
  • 1–3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (agency or corporate).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
