HR Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth operations of HR functions, and supporting the organization in building a positive workplace culture. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer letters).
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  1. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a healthy work environment.
  1. HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  1. Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  1. Performance Management & Training
  • Support appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably MBA/PGDM in HR or related field).
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with internships can also apply).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
