Eligibility for Refunds

• Application Fee Refunds
  1)If your loan application is denied, we will refund the full amount of any application fees paid.
  2)If you cancel your application within 24 hours of submission, you are eligible for a full refund of the application fee.
• Loan Disbursement Fee Refunds
  1)Loan disbursement fees are non-refundable once the loan amount has been credited to your account.
  2)In case of any error on our part resulting in incorrect disbursement, we will rectify the issue and provide an appropriate refund.

• Procedure for Refunds 
• Initiating a Refund Request
  1)To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at Info@paisaaloan.com or call us at 9717788302.
  2)Provide your application reference number, full name, and the reason for the refund request.
  3)Processing Time Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. 
• Cancellation Policy
  A)Loan Application Cancellation
  1)You may cancel your loan application within 24 hours of submission without any penalty. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund of the application fee.
  B)Loan Agreement Cancellation
  1)After signing the loan agreement, you have a 3-day cooling-off period to cancel the loan without incurring any penalties. The loan amount must be returned in full within this period. Beyond the cooling-off period, cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in the loan agreement, and additional fees may apply.

• Important Notes
  1)Refunds are only applicable to fees directly charged by Paisaaloan Third-party charges or processing fees are not refundable.
  2)Refunds will not be provided for loans already disbursed and utilized as per the loan agreement.
